Goal Setting
Through two or more conversations together, we will lay out and prioritize life ideals. We’ll work together to develop tasks and timelines for top priorities. I will check in for accountability and remind you of your progress/accomplishments.
Strategy / Technique
It is not uncommon to anticipate roadblocks that may keep you from reaching your goals. Sometimes these roadblocks do not actually have merit; they are a result of fear-based thinking. We will examine the roadblocks you see, discredit those that are in invalid and develop strategy to overcome or cope with the remainder.
Encouragement / Permission / Feedback
It is often difficult to give yourself permission to care for personal needs and pursue your dreams – particularly when it requires personal transformation. I provide objective listening and non-judgmental, authentic interactions. I’ll be your personal cheerleader, offering encouragement and permission to pursue dreams/goals/ideals.

- One month dedicated to uncovering your top priority and to begin building a foundation of strategies to promote your long-term success.
Wading In
When you’re ready to float some new ideas about the success you deserve in life and work.- 8 sessions, 60 minutes each
- A two-month commitment to establishing priorities and setting goals PLUS you’ll learn skills to challenge limiting beliefs, set boundaries and claim your space.
Diving Deep
When you’re ready to resurface in your life completely transformed.- 12 sessions, 60 minutes each
- Three glorious months of focus on who you are, what you want and all the reasons you should have that AND MORE.
